Along with the easy Five-Step Method, Park Avenue Design, Inc. has complete packages for costs that will be incurred for your project.

Initial Client Consultation  

Initial client consultation is complementary.

Space Planning and Preliminary Budget

Resourcing charges begin at this stage via permission from the client.  An hourly fee will be applied for every working full hour of time dedicated to your project.  (i.e. If only 1/4 hour is completed, the client will be charged per quarter hour, not the full hour).

Mileage will be billed per mile (Note: an hourly charge will not apply, only miles driven)

If outside the greater valley area, a $50.00 travel fee will be applied.

Project Management

Once the budget is approved, a 50% down for products will be required.  The hourly fee and mileage will be enforced as well (if applicable).
