Initial Client Consultation
An interior designer will meet you, the client, on site
to discuss the overall needs of the project. The project will consist of
ideas, concepts and an overall scope of services that will be provided. The
outcome of this meeting will be a clear understanding of what is to be expected
from the designer as well as an understandable concept that works both
aesthetically and functionally for you. |

Space Planning and Preliminary Budget Once the concepts have been defined and confirmed, space planning begins. Space planning could include measuring the actual space, sketching, redrawing the areas and/or using existing blueprints to find exactly what will "fit" into your new space in terms of furnishings and accessories. This step includes gathering resources, samples,
swatches, memos and general specifications that will define the overall budget
of the project. |

Project Management Once the budget and specifications have been approved,
a deposit is required. All products will be ordered at this stage and Park
Avenue Design, Inc. will track the progress of all items in your order. Clients
will be updated on an on-going basis as to what, when and how items will be
shipped. Also, if any contracting work is to occur, contracting begins at
this stage. |
| Project Installations As furnishings, accessories and contracting services
are underway, Park Avenue Design, Inc. will supervise all installations. At this
stage, the last deposit is required. |
| (Optional) - Turnkey Services Turnkey means ALL DETAILS ARE HANDLED. Clients
can enjoy the ease of being handed a "key" to their home or
business. The "key" in this step is a complete, organized and
ready-to-move-in environment. Clients don't have to lift a finger!
