As furnishings, accessories and contracting services are underway, Park Avenue Design will supervise all installations.  At this stage, the last deposit is required.

Project Management

Once the budget has been established and approved, a deposit is required.  All products will be ordered.  Also contracting begins at this stage if applicable.

Plans and Preliminary Budget

Once the concepts have been defined and confirmed, space planning begins.  Space planning can  include measuring the actual space, sketching, redrawing the areas or using existing drawings to find the exact fit into your new environment.

Step 5:

Optional Turn-Key Services

Turn Key means ALL DETAILS are handled!  Clients can enjoy the ease of being handed their key to their home or business. The "key" is a complete, organized and ready to move in environment.  Clients don't have to lift a finger! We do it all for you!
